1. Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items. All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be considered if:

The product is defective, damaged, or compromised during transit.

The item received is not what was ordered (e.g. incorrect product or quantity).
We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.

Items ordered in error or due to change of mind.

Products marked “For research use only. Not for human consumption.”
3. Return Process

Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Returned items must be securely packaged and shipped within 5 days of approval.
4. Refunds
All orders are considered final and binding once submitted. Because each product mix is prepared individually based on your order to ensure optimal freshness and quality, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your return is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Reta Labs X Ltd only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
